This lightning session explores innovative strategies for entrepreneurship and IP clinics to amplify their impact on underserved communities while ensuring long-term sustainability. Through case studies and interactive exercises, participants will learn how partnerships with state agencies and comprehensive community mapping can transform clinical practice. We will demonstrate how these approaches enable clinics to expand services to underserved-owned and small businesses, contribute to inclusive economic development, and provide students with invaluable experience in supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. The session will also address developing diverse funding models to sustain these efforts. By redefining the role of clinical teachers in fostering inclusive growth and equitable access to legal services, this session offers practical tools for clinics to become key players in their entrepreneurial ecosystems while serving those most in need.
