The Emerging Voices program showcases works in progress authored by intellectual property scholars with fewer than eight years of teaching experience. Each participant is assigned a senior intellectual property scholar as a designated reviewer, who reads the scholar's paper in advance and offers constructive comments during the program. In addition to this dedicated review, the program encourages attendees to engage in dialogue about each project, in hopes of giving robust feedback to the presenting scholars.
