    Russia’s invasion of Ukraine highlights the significance of internet technologies in war and foreign policy. While the Internet of Battlefield Things emerges to transform warfare itself, platforms are becoming proxies in foreign policy battles over disinformation and sanctions, and civilian infrastructure may become an appealing target for cyberattacks, with significant consequences for humanitarian law. Panelists will address the myriad ways in which conflict is being transformed by networked technologies.
