Feminist pedagogy asks dynamic questions designed to build praxis that challenges the male-centered political structures in which we live and work. Intersectional feminism accepts the notion that inequity is layered, diverse, systemic, and individual. Discussions related to gender, race, class, sexual orientation, age, immigration, and/or disability visibly shape the law and richly impact classroom outcomes. The goal of this roundtable is to consider new pedagogical tools and ideas both for incorporating intersectional feminism into the law school classroom and also for exploring these ideas with faculty colleagues who may be resistant.
