Legal education should be heavily influenced by the realities of the legal profession and one such growing reality is tech competency. Just as lawyers must become more tech savvy, so too must law schools improve the tech competencies of their students. Currently, that need is particularly strong given the disinformation and misinformation that abounds - much of it about the law. This program is designed to bring together all associate deans to share ideas on how legal education can better deliver these competencies, including the benefits, challenges, and risks associated with interacting with non-lawyers through media and social media.
