    This interactive workshop addressing ABA Governing Standard 303(c) shifts the conversation from teaching methods to development of institutional and curricular-level outcome and assessment tools. Participants will benefit from a brief research presentation providing the framework for teaching culturally proficient lawyering, followed by a hands-on assessment exercise and rubric illustration. This workshop aims to transition faculty from mere awareness and knowledge acquisition to practical curricular assessment integration, while emphasizing the importance of formative, rubric-based assessment.
