In this session, we will break out into a series of concurrent sessions focused on three distinct areas: in-house clinics; externships; and experiential curriculum development. The focus of these concurrent sessions will be on how we as directors and experiential deans navigate a program’s development in this new era while at the same time recognizing and honoring the program’s past development? How can we effectively move things forward recognizing that faculty and students have diverse needs and expectations? How do we develop (and implement) an experiential curriculum that takes students from 1L to 3L?
