The transition from law school student to law school employee can be challenging. As recent graduates, we understand the hurdles of applying academic knowledge to real-world work scenarios. Our poster will provide instructional strategies, practical advice, and actionable suggestions to inspire students to pursue a career in clinical education. We will share our experiences, outlining the steps we took and offering tips for how clinicians can motivate students to enter this field. Our goal is to empower the next generation of legal professionals, supporting them in both their academic and professional journeys.
