This session is designed for new professors working in programs with a Director. Among the topics addressed in this interactive session will be how to work effectively with a Director and with peers in a program with a Director, differing levels of autonomy within programs, resources for gaining expertise as a legal writing professor, and common challenges for those entering the academy.
