This program will focus on celebrating the work of the late John Gardner. The Section on Torts and Compensation Systems will be honoring Judge Jack Weinstein with the William J. Prosser Award. In addition the Section on Jurisprudence will be honoring Professor Deborah Hellman for Best Article Award and Professor Michael Moore with the Hart-Dworkin Award in Legal Philosophy at program conclusion.
