The COVID-19 era has highlighted cracks in our institutions as they have been forced to deal with disease, political divisiveness, discrimination, and a general loss of faith in institutions. Nonprofits have not been immune from these forces. In this session, scholars of nonprofit law will discuss the cracks that have emerged and how nonprofits can fix those cracks. There will be a business meeting at the conclusion of the program.
