Every Advancement program is challenged how best to utilize its Alumni Boards and Alumni Board members to support its programs and efforts.  What is a meaningful volunteer experience?  How can Board members be engaged to advance your office's priorities?  How much time is "too much time" spent managing a Board?  Should your school create an Alumni  Board?  These are only a few of the questions the panelists will address in this session.  Participate in this panel to learn how to balance and coordinate deepening relationships with your alumni leaders with other office priorities.
