Join McGeorge School of Law an Associate Director of Trial Advocacy and Associate Professor Reza Rezvani for a discussion of AI and its impact on the teaching and learning of trial advocacy in schools. Like it or not, AI is here to stay. We can blanketly tell our students not to use AI in preparing witness examinations in trial advocacy, knowing they will do it anyway; or we can teach them when and how to use the technology to prepare them for the new AI landscape we find ourselves in. How can we help our students identify and clean up the potential mess of using AI-generated questions during cross-examination?
