This poster will provide a roadmap for clinicians interested in creating pedagogy reading groups for clinical faculty, or in creating other opportunities for collaborative learning across clinics. The poster will include sample syllabi from a reading group the authors started at Yale in 2023, among other materials. The reading group has continued each semester since. Our aim is to meld theory and practice by using existing scholarship as a jumping-off point to reflecting on our own teaching and sharing strategies to address common challenges. We bring the reflective lawyering skills we teach our students to bear on our own teaching practice, including thinking critically and creatively about the role of lawyers and clinics in our society today.
