We moved overnight from the classroom to Zoom, from small group work to virtual “breakout rooms,” and from our offices to our living rooms. The challenges multiplied exponentially and not evenly for those struggling with access to technology, obligations to family, fear, illness, and depression. This has forced a reckoning with our own capabilities. We hope to have an honest conversation about the lessons we have learned from these changes and challenges and consider how those lessons can make us better at our jobs in a concrete way. We are a diverse panel of clinical, research and writing, and doctrinal faculty. The format includes short presentations and moderated discussion.
