Much has changed in the post-COVID landscape, including students. There have been discernable shifts in the role of technology on student professionalism and the expectations of legal education. A diverse panel of speakers, representing a broad cross-section of the legal academy, will share observations on changes in student engagement and professionalism and reflectively confront and embrace our own roles in the shift. This session will examine the impact of emerging developments—including ChatGPT and the NextGen Bar Exam—on student priorities and learning focus and offer tools to equip faculty and administrators to tackle the challenges of this new era.
