    The panel both situates the legal requirements and practices surrounding disability rights protections in the law school setting and explains how and to what extent existing protections have both proven to be insufficient for many disabled law students and even create (or exacerbate) mental health issues. This panel offers suggestions for policy change and practical and pedagogical solutions that schools can use to create more inclusive and belonging law school climates.
