The current bar exam will soon cease to exist. Jurisdictions must either adopt the NextGen Bar Exam or embark on their own path to licensure, as California and Nevada plan to do. The new bar exams intend to test many more practical skills but will no longer test all the same core subjects, which will impact law school curriculum. This panel of experts will share insight into how law schools can adapt their curriculum to ensure they are adequately preparing students to succeed on the new style of bar exams, both from a content and skills perspective.
