    Co-sponsored by the Section on Alternative Dispute Resolution, this session will first acknowledge the various methods available to resolve disputes that arise in the sports setting. There are contrasts between arbitration and litigation, as well as arbitration and mediation. Panelists will then turn to the arbitration method and critique the arbitration process that is seen in professional sports (principally the NFL) and in the intercollegiate arena (the NCAA).
