Climate change migration is on the rise as people leave their homes and home countries to escape diminishing and dangerous conditions and extreme weather events. Receiving countries will need to adapt their own domestic laws to accommodate climate migrants crossing international borders. The panel will discuss the conditions surrounding these migratory patterns and how domestic laws should adapt in response.
