    This program will examine the dynamic state of efforts to pursue community development with a view to resilience in the face of extreme weather events. This program considers emerging best practices, case studies, and changes (or needed changes) in law and policy that can impact efforts to make the most vulnerable populations better equipped to deal with increased environmental, economic, and social disruption. This program will explore questions related to what lawyers, institutions, and local governments should do to support communities and community-led advocacy efforts.
