Law schools have always been home to clashing ideas and strong personalities. The last few years have proven to be more difficult and divisive than ever. Law school leaders must confront challenges associated with a hypercharged political climate, the struggle for increased minority representation, the ongoing impact of a global pandemic, and the great resignation. These challenges, however, can create opportunities. Join our panel for a discussion about how to foster a welcoming climate of professional camaraderie, inclusion, and shared values that faculty, staff, and students might not be able to find outside the law school.

The Section held a virtual business meeting prior to the Annual Meeting.
