The constantly changing landscape of intercollegiate athletics is exciting to watch. NIL, conference realignment, and athlete unionization are just a few of the many changes that have combined to disrupt intercollegiate athletics as we once knew it. But are all these changes beneficial? And to whom? Some argue that these new developments will make intercollegiate athletics better. Others insist that ultimately the developments will prove catastrophic for student-athletes and intercollegiate athletics as an industry. Our panelists will explore various dimensions of these debates from both legal and industry perspectives.
