Three case studies
explore strategies for engagement of foundation, corporate, community and
alumni financial support to grow and sustain resources for research, teaching,
learning, and advocacy. Working together, these dynamic
faculty-development pairs have leveraged their roles and relationships to
strategically maximize investments and donor commitment. Whether new, the
Antiracism Development Institute (2021), or established, the Centers for Public
Interest Law (1980), or evolving -- collaborative gift cultivation and
stewardship are key. This session is designed for current and future
faculty directors and institutional advancement professionals.
