This program will bring together junior and senior administrative law scholars for a lively discussion of the junior scholars’ works-in-progress. Junior administrative law scholars will submit papers they expect to submit in the spring 2014 law review submission cycle. After they briefly present their papers, senior administrative law scholars will provide oral critiques. This program presents an opportunity to hear cutting edge administrative law scholarship by new members of the academy.
