    Lawyers have an ethical duty to understand the practice’s technological landscape. This program offers perspectives on how we can responsibly implement and work with emerging legal technologies. Panelists will explore how strategic partnerships between law schools and legal employers can harness technology to boost efficiency and effectiveness. They will also examine issues such as combating automation bias in the use of generative AI, enhancing human-machine interaction in the delivery of government services, and charting a course to navigate confidentiality and generative AI.
