Whether you are teaching a traditional legal writing course or are looking for ways to incorporate writing assignments into a doctrinal course, maximizing the value your students get out of an assignment is challenging. This session will introduce several techniques, grounded in learning theory, that maximize how much students learn from each writing assignment.
