    (Papers to be published in American Bankruptcy Law Journal)

    The section on will host a mini-symposium on Empirical Studies in Bankruptcy.  Four scholars will present important empirical findings about bankruptcy law and practice, ranging in topic from the bankruptcy filings of religious organizations to the frequency and success of SEC enforcement actions against bankrupt companies.  The American Bankruptcy Law Journal will publish the papers presented in the symposium.
