Administrative agencies play an important role in many aspects of disability law, including employment, education, housing, and health care, to name a few. Many federal agencies are in the process of updating or issuing significant new disability-related regulations. At the same time, the administrative state has come under fierce attack, especially with the Supreme Court’s decision to overrule Chevron. Panelists will discuss topics such as significant new regulatory activity in education and health care, potential future regulatory activity in a broad range of areas, and the impact of the Supreme Court’s rulings.
