In many law schools, entering classes now include a wider range of learning styles, of abilities, of preparation, and of prior work experiences than they did just a few years ago. This is not simply a statistical statement – it is a pedagogical challenge and opportunity. A school is obligated to teach all the students it admits, but traditional approaches sometimes don't work.
