    This working group is for clinicians who practice education law.  This includes special education, school discipline and Section 504/ADA issues in the k-12 school setting.  Possible discussion topics include the responding to educational loss post-COVID 19, the school-to-prison pipeline, critical race theory in schools, book bans, k-12 curriculum and more.  This working group will also provide an opportunity for clinical instructors to share teaching pedagogy in the areas of 1) substantive law 2) supervision and 3) movement lawyering as we respond to an ever-changing educational landscape.
