Administrative law and its enforcement plays an important role in institutions of higher education, a role which became more salient to many law school faculties as they grappled with visa issues at the beginning of the pandemic. Join our panelists as we discuss topics such as immigration, Title IX, student loan debt, and higher education admissions. We will examine the interaction between administrative agencies, colleges, and universities throughout the United States, with a look at the role the transition in presidential administrations plays in administrative enforcement.
