In this incubator session, the speakers will briefly present works-in-progress and then workshop them at separate tables. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear about all six works and engage in extended discussion about three works of their choice. The papers, which were all chosen from an open call, represent a wide range of methods and topics--including the use of neuroscientific evidence in criminal law, using large language models for formative feedback, co-ethnic communication in immigration practice, forces behind women’s increased representation in the profession, pro bono practice among patent attorneys, and the reproducibility crisis in Supreme Court litigation.
