How will AI programs such as Chat GPT4 affect the teaching of legal writing to international LL.M.s or J.D.s who are second-language speakers? Are issues involving this cohort different than for J.D. students who are native speakers? Will prospective students believe that they will be able to succeed at U.S. law schools through a combination of programs such as Google Translate and Chat GPT4? Even if law schools prohibit the use of these programs, will they have a way to prevent their common use? The speakers will address these issues and discuss possible approaches to educating your students about AI.
