    Climate change, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and other crises have highlighted and exacerbated issues in the food system. This program will highlight legal and policy measures directed toward addressing issues in the food system, including measures aimed at promoting equity. The speakers for this panel will address a range of topics and issues, including New York City’s emergency food program during COVID-19, climate resilience through urban agriculture, and recent USDA policy efforts to alleviate the inequities in our food system.
