This special pedagogy sesson will showcase some of the best specific ideas—ideas you can steal—for teaching topics in the first-year Property Law course. Each panel participant will demonstrate one technique, assignment, or lesson that engages students and communicates an essential concept. This panel will share concrete ideas for impactful teaching about one of the topics that falls under the rubric of Property.
