This dynamic panel of academics, clinical, and practitioners will engage a conversation to address current cyber security issues. More specifically, there are several threads of inquiry. The section will discuss emerging doctrines and practices related to security and privacy in technological communications; the role of legal education to enhance curriculum and the tricky question of teaching cyber security; and ethical considerations in clinical practice and the classroom. With heightened concerns related to the Russian Ukrainian crisis and data breaches/privacy, we will focus on how to prepare tomorrow’s lawyers for these types of situations.

    Business meeting at program conclusion.
