  • During this session, the panel will focus on the pedagogy of legal writing for new legal writing teachers with zero to two years of teaching experience.  The panel will discussing methods of teaching predictive and persuasive first year writing, drafting syllabi, developing in-class exercises, and designing memo and appellate problems.
