This service project is an opportunity to participate in community service with your colleagues during the Annual Meeting. There is no additional fee to participate.  To participate in the service project, please RSVP by selecting or listing the session event code for the service project when you register for the meeting.

The location of the public service project will take place at a site of the nonprofit organization, Hour Children, located across the river from Manhattan in Long Island City, New York. Hour Children is a multi-faceted family service organization that provides housing, permanent and transitional, and a wide array of supportive services that transform the lives of women and their families involved in the criminal justice system.  While it is too far in advance to know the specific task that day, it is likely to be either an interior construction project such as painting or weatherization in one of the reunification homes, or service in a pantry or thrift shop.
