The poster will be the centerpiece of an interactive discussion on cultural humility, bias and race. Clad in 90s attire, playing music, we will transport attendees back in time to the 90s and the controversies surrounding the music of 2 Live Crew. The focus of the poster is the case study and content of our clinic’s ABA Standard 303 (c) curriculum and will work in concert with a proposed concurrent session on the creative ways that the University of Tennessee, Villanova, and the University of Nevada – Las Vegas (three very differently situated institutions), successfully incorporate the goals of ABA Standard 303(c) into their curriculum. The poster will give participants creative ideas of hypotheticals, pair and shares, and case analysis activities that they can bring back to their classrooms by combing the goals of ABA Standard 303(c) with the principles of Storytelling, Identify, and Positionality or “SIPs.”
