    This moderated panel presentation will explore the importance of equity and inclusion in law teaching. Participants will provide concrete tips and ideas for faculty in any law teaching environment to encourage and ensure their class meetings, assessments, and student interactions are equitable and inclusive of all students. Panelists will each make a brief presentation on their topic, participate in an informal moderated discussion, and lead small group breakouts of attendees to further the panel-inspired conversation. Panelists will share concrete tips and takeaways that attendees can reproduce in their teaching. Audience members will be provided opportunities to explore the proposed techniques.
     
    The Section held a virtual business meeting prior to the Annual Meeting.
