The
aim of this works-in-progress program is to bring new perspectives and voices
into the field of national security law, particularly those that challenge
conventional approaches to the study and framing of national security law
topics. The program will involve a panel discussion, moderated by Amy Gaudion of Penn State
Dickinson Law, with the authors of these evolving projects: AI, Bias, and National Security Profiling by Laurie
Hobart of Syracuse University College of Law; Militia’s End by Dakota Rudesill of the
Ohio State University Moritz College of Law; and Governmental Speech
Acts and National Security by G. Alex Sinha of Hofstra Law.
