    The aim of this works-in-progress program is to bring new perspectives and voices into the field of national security law, particularly those that challenge conventional approaches to the study and framing of national security law topics. The program will involve a panel discussion, moderated by Amy Gaudion of Penn State Dickinson Law, with the authors of these evolving projects: AI, Bias, and National Security Profiling by Laurie Hobart of Syracuse University College of Law; Militia’s End by Dakota Rudesill of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law; and Governmental Speech Acts and National Security by G. Alex Sinha of Hofstra Law.
