This discussion-format session will provide practical, actionable suggestions for those teaching their first, second, or third (or beyond) law school course. From casebook selection through final exam, this session will provide concrete guidance. Topics include casebook selection, preparing to teach a course, teaching modalities, handling common difficult classroom situations, modeling authenticity and professionalism, exam drafting, grading, and more. Rather than long presentations, the session will proceed in moderated discussion format to elicit the wisdom of our panelists.
The Section held a virtual business meeting prior to the Annual Meeting.
