    In the 30 years since the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, judges have scrutinized the reliability of expert evidence based on old forensic disciplines, the newest technologies, and everything in between. So — how’s it going? This panel will examine Daubert’s successes and failures, the ways the decision has changed litigation, and the challenges courts are likely to face in the future.
