Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, judges have scrutinized the reliability of expert evidence based on old forensic disciplines, the newest technologies, and everything in between. So — how’s it going? This panel will examine Daubert’s successes and failures, the ways the decision has changed litigation, and the challenges courts are likely to face in the future.
