The legal and political landscape is full of narrative. Applied Legal Storytelling, Critical Theory, and Epistemology all have a role in examining the truth of these narratives, assessing the credibility of those shaping narratives, and using these narratives to shape the law and legal profession. Panelists and audience will consider similarities and differences between these concepts, as well as the consequences of using them in scholarship, clinical work, legal education, and the legal profession, particularly in the context of criminal law.
