This summer, the Journal of National Security Law and Policy virtually convened experts across the national –security law field to provide commentary on some of the many ways in which the COVID-19 pandemic intersects with their areas of expertise. Contributions focus on emergency powers, COVID-19-related implications for international and cyber law, the role of the military, civil liberties concerns, and more. This panel, made up several of these contributors, will discuss their contributions to the special issue, allowing us to explore them in more depth and consider implications for the future of national security.
