The remedy of nominal damages is having its moment in the sun. Last term, the Supreme Court decided Uzuegbunam v. Preczewski, a case about standing to seek nominal damages. And how does this remedy intersect with Article III standing requirements? These questions will be considered in this program on nominal damages.
