    This program offers a variety of perspectives to help faculty support student development and foster an even stronger ecosystem for a new generation of students and lawyers. Topics include how to support the development of a more diverse and inclusive student body; how incorporating better cultural competency, confidence, and self-awareness principles benefit all students; and how to ensure equal access to guidance for professional identity formation and professional development. The program will build on information presented earlier in the day by the AALS Section on Pre-Law Education and Admission to Law School about changing demographics and motivations of law students.
