    This session will complement the Section's main program, Rights, Regulation, and Resistance: Parents, Children, and the State. Panelists will discuss strategies and tools for teaching the family regulation system, the evolving nature of parental rights, and children's rights. Panelists will model and share various approaches to teaching these topics both as a stand-alone course and as a part of other family law courses.
