The changes in how law schools operate impact alumni, development, and other institutional development functions. No school has a magic formulate to solve the barrage of challenges we face in this (hopefully) post-recession era. But the panelists -- all sitting deans -- will share insights and innovations about the ways they now communicate and interact with alumni and donors, how they have changed fundraising and friendraising functions, and why difficult times might present unique opportunities in these areas.
